Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

• Develop and execute effective content strategies for social media platforms and TikTok.
• Create engaging and authentic content that resonates with Xder’s audience.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain Xder’s accounts across various social media platforms.
• Proactively respond to comments and direct messages in a friendly and professional manner.

TikTok Campaigns:

• Conceptualize and execute creative TikTok campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators to boost Xder’s presence on TikTok.

Analytics & Metrics:

• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign results and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and TikTok content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of current social media and digital culture trends.
• Creativity to develop campaigns that generate engagement and interaction.
