Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create engaging visuals for digital marketing, highlighting diversity and authenticity.
• Develop visual elements that reflect the essence of human connections.

Marketing Strategy:

• Collaborate in developing strategies that emphasize Xder’s uniqueness and safety.
• Participate in planning and executing campaigns that promote authentic relationships.

Social Media:

• Manage and update visual content across platforms, focusing on real and local experiences.
• Develop graphic content that celebrates the diversity of stories and human connections.

Branding:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of an inclusive and emotionally resonant brand identity.
• Ensure visual consistency that aligns with Xder’s authentic connections.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, development, and other teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives and user experience–centered projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably within dating or social apps.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media.
• Creativity and ability to visually convey authenticity and diversity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
