Community Principles
It may sound like a cliché, but on Xder you get what you give. If you are genuine with people and treat them with respect, you’ll find plenty of people to chat with, connect with, and who knows — maybe even fall in love with. If you are dishonest, rude, or aggressive, you won’t find a place here and may be excluded.
At Xder, we are committed to creating a safe and authentic environment where diversity, mutual respect, and sexual positivity can flourish. Millions of people trust us to provide the best, safest, and most rewarding experience possible on the app, and every one of our team members works hard to live up to the trust our community places in us.
You, as a member of our user community, also play an important role in making Xder a fabulous place. That’s why we want to be clear about what we expect from you and how we will respond if you don’t meet those expectations. These are our community rules. Any violation of these rules may result in the removal of your content or your Xder account, and could even lead to a permanent ban from our service.
To be clear: these rules apply to all your content and activity on Xder, as well as to interactions you may have with other Xder users outside our platform. In addition, the rules are reviewed and updated periodically.
In addition to the above, we recommend that you check out our safety tips and full safety guide for valuable information. And please, report any behavior or user that violates our policies or terms of service; by doing so, you help us keep Xder at its best.
Harassment
Harassment
At Xder, we encourage you to be authentic and express yourself freely, always with respect toward others. We recommend focusing your profile on what you are passionate about and enjoy, rather than on what you dislike. Here, we apply the well-known principle: “If you don’t have something nice to say, it’s better to say nothing at all.”
It is essential that you respect the wishes of people who do not want to interact with you. This is a fundamental rule. Misusing our reporting function to retaliate against those who have blocked you, or creating new accounts for the purpose of harassing others, will result in a permanent ban.
Hate, Violence, and Offensive Content
Hate, Violence, and Offensive Content
At Xder, we do not tolerate hate speech or violence in any form. If we become aware that you have seriously offended or threatened another user, you will be permanently banned. In addition, we may remove content we consider excessively graphic, offensive, or insensitive, even if there was no malicious intent.
Finally, we understand that depictions of self-harm or suicide can be harmful to other users, so we will remove them. If you find someone in a crisis situation, please notify us.
We take reports of violence, threats, and assaults with the utmost seriousness. This includes situations both inside and outside our platform. If you have experienced a serious situation, we strongly encourage you to contact the relevant authorities (if you feel safe doing so) and then contact our support team at help@xder.com.
We will consider content as hate speech (and apply stricter measures against a profile) if it promotes or supports racism, intolerance, violence, hatred, dehumanization, or harm against people or groups based on:
Race
Ethnicity
Disability
Age
Nationality
Sexual orientation
Gender
Gender identity
Religion
Appearance
At Xder, graphic, violent, or offensive content includes, but is not limited to:
Images of weapons and firearms (clearly identifiable toy images and non-threatening contexts are allowed).
Images with blood or gore (costume images with fake blood are allowed).
Images depicting violence or threats toward any individual or group, including political figures (including cartoons or illustrations).
Images promoting affiliation with or support for extremist groups, or that incite violence or hatred.
Images or descriptions of self-harm or suicide.
Images of dead animals, including hunting and fishing photos.
Images that may be hurtful or insensitive, including jokes or memes.
Nudity and Sexual Content
Nudity and Sexual Content
At Xder, we believe in fostering a respectful and safe environment for all users. Therefore, we do not allow explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive nudity in public profiles. Our goal is to maintain a user experience that complies with Apple and Google app store policies and remains suitable for all audiences.
While we support free expression, we must ensure that our content meets certain standards. What you cannot share on your Xder profile are elements that you would not be able to post on a platform like Instagram. For more daring content, we encourage you to share it in private conversations, provided you have the other person’s consent.
Sending unsolicited sexual photos or nudes to other users may result in disciplinary actions, including removal from the platform.
Regarding images displayed on Xder, we do not allow:
Pornographic content, including images of real or simulated sexual acts, whether alone or with others.
The display of genitals or the anus.
Images showing bodily fluids such as semen, urine, or blood (except for fake blood used in costumes, which is permitted).
Comply with the Law
Comply with the Law
At Xder, we strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, both online and offline. This means that if an activity is illegal outside our platform, it will also be prohibited on Xder. This principle applies to various areas, including restricted substances.
Regarding substances, we allow casual references to marijuana, over-the-counter medicine, and prescription drugs. However, we do not tolerate misuse of these substances or the promotion of irresponsible consumption. Any activity suggesting or encouraging the inappropriate or illegal use of substances will result in disciplinary action, which may include expulsion. Explicit mentions of illicit drugs are not allowed unless linked to addiction recovery. Additionally, we do not allow profiles to be primarily centered on substance-related content.
In summary, Xder promotes a safe and lawful environment for all our users, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Minors
Minors
At Xder, the safety and integrity of our community are of utmost importance. To ensure this, we have established a strict age requirement. To use the platform, you must be over 18 years old (or meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction). Compliance with this restriction is vital, and any violation or suspicion of violation will result in, at minimum, the user’s removal, and in certain cases, legal action may be taken.
We also do not allow the use of images that include individuals under 18, regardless of context. This includes any image featuring a minor, even if their face is blurred or in the background.
This policy also extends to communications: if a user interacts with another and suspects that the recipient is under 18, they are violating our age rules. Immediately reporting any profile that appears to belong to a minor helps keep the environment safe for all users and protects the community as a whole.
Be Authentic
Be Authentic
At Xder, we promote authenticity and honesty. Therefore, it is essential that you be yourself on the app and do not attempt to impersonate someone else, including celebrities. All content you share on Xder must be genuine and represent you truthfully.
You have control over how much information you want to share about yourself, but it is essential that the information you do share is accurate. Impersonation or the creation of fake profiles is not allowed and may result in removal from the platform.
We do not allow:
The use of images of celebrities or public figures of any kind (actors, musicians, politicians, etc.) unless you are the real person.
Posting images of celebrity impersonators where it is unclear whether it is the impersonator or the real celebrity.
Posting copyrighted images, watermarked content, or anything we believe is not your own work or photo.
Images considered “junk” (such as solid black squares).
If your profile is reported as fake, we may ask you to verify your identity to keep your account active. This helps maintain trust on the platform.
Private Information
Private Information
At Xder, your safety and privacy are our top priorities. We will never ask for personal information such as passwords or credit card details, and you should never share such information with other users. Keep your personal data private to protect yourself.
To ensure a safe environment, we will remove any confidential personal information displayed publicly on profiles, such as phone numbers or addresses, and, where applicable, suspend or remove the profile involved.
Unsolicited requests for personal information from other users, attempts to direct others to external links, or any spam or scam-related behavior will result in removal from the platform.
We do not allow the disclosure of private information on the platform. This includes any part of the profile (photos or text), as well as direct links to such information, such as QR codes or web links.
Private information includes:
Contact details not listed in the app, such as phone numbers or email addresses.
Social security numbers, passports, passwords, and financial details.
If you plan to meet someone from Xder, you may share private contact details — but only in private, not publicly. We strongly encourage you to read our Safety Tips and comprehensive Safety Guide for more information on staying safe.
All personal information you choose to provide on Xder is completely optional and can be removed at any time. However, for safety reasons, we do not allow private information to be displayed publicly, such as phone numbers, addresses, financial data, and more.
If another user requests your personal information or overshares theirs, exercise caution, as this may be a scam attempt. Scammers often try to move conversations off the platform quickly because they know they will soon be banned. We urge you to be careful when sharing personal information and to review our Safety Tips and comprehensive Safety Guide for further advice. Your safety is our top priority.
Promotion and Solicitation
Promotion and Solicitation
At Xder, we value good intentions and initiative, and it’s great to invite people to events you’ll be attending. However, sending spam with links to our users or using Xder to promote commercial activities is not allowed. Our platform is not designed for that purpose.
It is important to note that any form of sexual or financial solicitation is illegal and strictly prohibited on Xder. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Therefore, it is prohibited to use Xder to conduct research or promote businesses, clubs, events, contests, or organizations. This includes unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other solicitations, as well as mass distribution of commercial ads, chain letters, informational announcements, charity requests, petitions, surveys, or invitations to participate in studies.
Solicitation refers to the promotion of services such as massages, escorting, OnlyFans links, cam shows, Venmo or PayPal links, sugar daddy/baby arrangements, Amazon or other wishlists, or donation requests. All of these are strictly prohibited on Xder.
Additionally, we do not allow:
Images promoting items or services for sale, focusing primarily on logos or product branding, or including company website addresses.
Images depicting or focusing on cash, credit cards, or similar items.
We want to provide a safe and authentic experience for all our users, and these rules are intended to maintain that environment.
Have Fun
Have Fun
We trust you’ll agree that the previous rules are mostly a matter of common sense. At Xder, our priority is to maintain a safe, authentic, and friendly environment for all users. Most people contribute to this simply by being themselves: friendly, relaxed, and genuine. We suggest you start there, and chances are everything will flow harmoniously.
How to Report
How to Report
If you see someone not following the rules, we encourage you to report them using the [block/report icon] located in the top right corner of their profile. From there, we’ll handle the situation appropriately. The more details you provide in the comments or attach to your report, the better we can assess the case.
It’s always important to remain tolerant and give others the benefit of the doubt, whether on Xder or anywhere else. In the app, someone might annoy or upset you without necessarily breaking our rules. In those cases, the best option is to use our block feature, which will prevent future contact with that user. Reporting issues that don’t represent a real violation makes it harder for us to address genuine problems.
Finally, if you’d like to report an incident that occurred on Xder, don’t hesitate to contact us at help@xder.com. We also encourage you to consider contacting the authorities if you feel comfortable doing so.
