It may sound like a cliché, but on Xder you get what you give. If you are genuine with people and treat them with respect, you’ll find plenty of people to chat with, connect with, and who knows — maybe even fall in love with. If you are dishonest, rude, or aggressive, you won’t find a place here and may be excluded.
At Xder, we are committed to creating a safe and authentic environment where diversity, mutual respect, and sexual positivity can flourish. You, as a member of our user community, also play an important role in making Xder a fabulous place. That’s why we want to be clear about what we expect from you and how we will respond if you don’t meet those expectations. These are our community rules. Any violation of these rules may result in the removal of your content or your Xder account, and could even lead to a permanent ban from our service.
To be clear: these rules apply to all your content and activity on Xder, as well as to interactions you may have with other Xder users outside our platform. In addition, the rules are reviewed and updated periodically.

ZERO-TOLERANCE SUMMARY
Xder has zero tolerance for:
minors
financial scams or sextortion
hate or discrimination
persistent harassment or threats
impersonation or serious deception
Serious violations may result in immediate and permanent removal from the service.
1. Community Purpose
Xder is a platform to meet real people and interact with them.
For it to work properly, users must follow three principles:
Respect — Consent — Authenticity
Violations may lead to:
content removal
visibility limitation
temporary suspension
permanent ban
retention of security identifiers
reporting to authorities where required
Rules also apply to behavior outside the app when it originates from an interaction started on Xder.
2. Moderation System
Xder uses:
automated detection systems
human review
user reports
behavioral analysis
We may temporarily limit profile visibility during a review.
You may request a human review if you believe a mistake occurred.
3. Respect & Harassment
Not allowed:
insisting after rejection
contacting someone who blocked you
creating new accounts to continue contact
intimidation or pressure
using reports as revenge
Malicious reporting may also be sanctioned.
4. Hate, Violence & Threats
Any attack against a person or group based on:
race or origin
sexual orientation
gender or identity
religion
disability
age
nationality
appearance
Credible threats or violence → immediate ban.
5. Sexual Content & Consent
Xder allows adult interaction between consenting people.
In public profiles prohibited:
pornography
visible genitals
explicit sexual acts
graphic fetish content
In private chats:
Intimate content only with clear consent.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Continuing to send sexual content after a refusal will be treated as serious harassment.
Unsolicited nude images may result in a ban.
6. Minors
Only users 18+ (or legal age locally) may use Xder.
Forbidden:
registering while underage
uploading images containing minors
interacting while suspecting someone is a minor
If you suspect a minor profile, you should report it.
7. Authenticity & Artificial Intelligence
Your profile must represent a real person.
Prohibited:
impersonation
stolen photos
fake identities
deepfakes
AI-generated human profiles used to deceive
pretending to be another person
Fully AI-generated human-like profiles are not allowed.
We may request identity verification.
8. Privacy & Personal Information
Do not publish:
phone numbers
addresses
documents
financial details
third-party personal data
If you upload content containing others, you confirm you have their consent.
9. Sextortion, Scams & Spam
Prohibited:
asking for money
investments
cryptocurrency schemes
paid sexual services
payment links
romance scams
Sextortion is strictly forbidden:
requesting money under threat of exposing images results in immediate removal and possible report to authorities.
10. Illegal Substances
Prohibited:
selling drugs
promoting trafficking
coded promotion using emojis or slang
displaying drug paraphernalia in profile photos
Examples: ❄️ 🌿 💊 used commercially or promotionally.
11. Off-Platform Conduct
We may act upon evidence of:
assault during dates
post-contact harassment
threats after meeting through Xder
12. Graphic Content
Not allowed:
gore
explicit violence
self-harm
suicide content
extremist propaganda
13. Screenshots & Recordings
Publishing or sharing screenshots of chats or profiles without consent is prohibited.
Xder may assist affected users by providing necessary information for legal action when unlawful distribution outside the platform is proven.
This is considered a serious privacy violation.
14. Reporting
Report only real violations.
Abusive or revenge reporting may be sanctioned.
Blocking is appropriate when you simply don’t want interaction.
15. Inactive Accounts
We may archive or remove accounts inactive for long periods to maintain service quality.
16. Automation & Scraping
Prohibited:
bots
scripts
automated extraction
mass profile copying
17. Digital Right of Admission
Xder may restrict access to users whose behavior harms the safety or well-being of the community, even if not explicitly listed.
18. Real-World Meetings
Xder does not perform criminal background checks.
You are responsible for your interactions outside the app.
Any damage, harm or incident occurring during an in-person meeting is solely the responsibility of the participants.
