Depending on how you use Xder Services, we will share your Personal Data in the following ways:

• Xder Community: Xder allows you to share your profile information, distance (proximity in meters or feet), location (exact location), message information, and other activities within the services with other users who are part of the Xder Community.

• Service Providers: We share your Personal Data with service providers who provide many of the elements required to host, manage, and deliver Xder’s services and Properties, perform quality assurance testing, monitor activity on Xder Properties, provide technical support, and/or deliver other services to Xder, such as displaying ads related to Xder Services on third-party platforms. We may also share your Personal Data with machine learning partners to improve security and personalize your experience with Xder Services (including automated decision-making), and with analytics partners that support our ability to analyze how users interact with Xder Properties, allowing us to continuously improve our offerings. Some third-party providers may also collect information directly from you, as described in this Policy (e.g., Apple IDFV and Android ID, device information, etc.) through tracking technologies such as cookies or SDKs. These providers are aware that such data is transmitted from Xder. The privacy policies of these third parties govern the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data.

• Advertising and Marketing Providers: We share only limited Personal Data with our advertising or marketing providers to deliver ads on Xder. This includes your device identifiers (e.g., Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) and Android ID), device advertising identifiers (e.g., Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) and Google Ad ID (“GAID”)), and additional hardware and software information (e.g., IP address). These third parties may also collect information directly from you, as described in this Privacy and Cookies Policy, through tracking technologies such as cookies or SDKs. Our advertising and marketing providers are aware that such data is transmitted from Xder. The privacy policies of these third-party companies govern the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data.

• Other Providers: We partner with other providers that support Xder Services, which you access directly and provide Personal Data to, such as social media providers for account authentication or linking.

• Business Transactions: If another company acquires or intends to acquire our company, business, or assets, that company will own the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data, as described in this Policy.

• Legal Obligations: For example, Xder may preserve or disclose Personal Data in response to legitimate legal requests such as subpoenas, court orders, or warrants; in connection with any legal process; to comply with applicable laws; to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, the safety of individuals or property, or a violation of our policies; or in any other case required by law.
