How We Share Personal Data

Effective date: the earlier of (i) February 12, 2026 or (ii) the date you accept this Policy.

Xder does not sell your name, email address, phone number, or message content to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

However, in order to operate the service, ensure safety, and comply with the law, certain data must be shared with specific categories of recipients.

Below we explain what we share, with whom, and why.

1. Other Xder users

Because Xder is a social and dating platform, some information is necessarily visible to other users.

Other users may see:

Public profile information
  • profile photos and videos

  • display name

  • preferences and interests you choose to display

Proximity data
  • approximate distance (not precise location)

  • online status

  • recent activity

Interactions
  • messages you send

  • content shared in chats or groups

  • reactions and interactions

⚠️ Important
Even if content is deleted from our servers, other users may have already saved, copied, or captured it outside the app. Xder cannot control third-party devices.

2. Service providers required to operate the platform

We work with providers that help us operate the service.
These providers act as data processors and only process data under our instructions.

They include:

  • cloud storage and servers

  • content delivery networks

  • backups

Security and anti-fraud

Machine learning systems
  • automated moderation

  • profile recommendations

  • abuse detection

Machine learning moderation systems do not store persistent copies of your private messages for training purposes.
They operate in real time to detect harmful patterns and apply safety rules without building parallel conversation databases.

These providers may process:

  • technical identifiers

  • usage logs

  • security events

  • reported content

They are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.

3. Notification delivery services (Apple & Google)

We use:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

These providers process the technical information required to deliver notifications to your device.

Depending on your settings, notifications may include:

  • message preview text

  • device identifiers

  • delivery metadata

Their processing is governed by Apple and Google privacy policies.

4. Payment processors

When you make a purchase, payments are handled by:

Xder does not store full card numbers.

We may receive:

  • subscription status

  • transaction identifier

  • payment country

  • last digits of card (if provided)

5. Advertising, attribution and marketing measurement

To offer a free version and measure installs, we share limited technical identifiers only.

We may share:

  • IDFA / GAID

  • truncated IP address

  • install events

  • anti-fraud signals

Purpose:

  • measure ad performance

  • prevent advertising fraud

  • limit repetitive ads

We do NOT share:

  • chat contents

  • full profiles

  • personal contact details

You can limit tracking in your device privacy settings.

6. Integrations chosen by you

If you connect third-party services (such as social networks), we share only the data required for the feature to work.

Examples:

  • displaying linked content

  • authentication verification

Further processing is governed by that third party.

7. Safety, moderation and harm prevention

We may share data when necessary to:

  • investigate abuse

  • prevent scams

  • block repeat offenders

  • protect users

This may include:

  • account data

  • reported content

  • anti-fraud identifiers

Legal basis: legitimate interest in community safety.

8. Legal obligations and authorities

We may retain, use, or disclose data when legally required:

  • court orders

  • lawful requests from authorities

  • criminal investigations

  • legal defense

Only the minimum necessary data will be provided.

9. Corporate transactions

In case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, data may be transferred to the new entity, which must honor this Privacy Policy.

10. International transfers

Some providers operate outside your country.

When data leaves the European Economic Area, we apply:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

  • equivalent legal safeguards

11. What we never do

Xder does not:

  • sell your messages

  • sell your email or phone number

  • share conversations with advertisers

  • trade identifiable profiles

  • share your data with other apps in the group or affiliated companies for cross-marketing without your prior consent

We only share what is strictly necessary for the service to operate safely.
