This policy explains how Xder uses cookies, SDKs, technical identifiers and similar technologies when you use our application or website.
Our goal is to guarantee at the same time:
proper functioning of the service
community safety
international privacy compliance (GDPR and equivalent laws)
real user control over personal data
1. Technologies we use
Xder uses different technical technologies necessary to operate the service.
Cookies and local storage
Small files stored in your browser or device to maintain sessions and preferences.
Mobile SDKs (Software Development Kits)
Libraries integrated in the app required for:
payments
security

install attribution
All SDKs are configured under the data minimization principle.
Xder does not allow the collection of permanent hardware identifiers (IMEI, MAC address or equivalent).
APIs
Secure connections with external services (Apple Login, Google Login, payment providers).
Pixels and aggregated measurement
Used only to understand if a campaign works, without identifying individual users.
This is performed using aggregated attribution, not individual tracking.
Operating system identifiers
IDFA (Apple)
GAID (Android)
Used only if the user grants advertising permission.
2. Classification and duration
Session cookies
Automatically deleted when you close the app or session.
Persistent cookies
Maximum duration of 12 months.
After that period, we will request consent again.
Third-party cookies
Managed by necessary service providers (e.g., payments or analytics) under their own privacy policies.

Our SDKs are configured to avoid collecting:
MAC address

No resale of data
Our providers cannot:
sell data
share it with third parties
use it for their own purposes
Limited use
We do not use tracking technologies for:
financial profiling

sensitive targeting
5. Push notifications
We use:
Apple Push Notification Service (APNs)
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
These services process technical information necessary to deliver notifications.
You may change notification privacy in your device settings.
6. User control
Preference Center
Settings → Privacy → Cookies & SDKs
You can:
accept or reject analytics
accept or reject personalized ads
withdraw consent anytime
System signals
Xder automatically respects:
Apple App Tracking Transparency
Android privacy settings
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Do Not Track
These override internal settings.
Identifier reset
You can reset:
IDFA
GAID
From your operating system settings.
7. Consequences of rejecting cookies
Rejecting non-essential technologies:
does not affect matches
does not reduce visibility
does not change the matching algorithm
Only advertising personalization is disabled.
8. Account deletion and purge
When you delete your account:
a purge signal is sent to providers
identifiers are unlinked
data may be irreversibly anonymized for statistics
After anonymization, the data is no longer personal data.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy for legal or technical reasons.
If changes are material, we will notify you inside the app.
